Ep.33 | Grounding Meditation to Start Your Work Day Settled & Focused

We were inspired to create & share this grounding meditation for ya’ll after we wrapped up our previous episode with Lara about staying grounded while launching.

Getting grounded in our bodies before diving into work, recording a podcast episode, or hopping on a consult call is a big part of both mine & Shay’s daily rituals.

And ever since the very beginning of this podcast, we’ve made it a habit to do a version of this exact grounding meditation ourselves, (or with our guests, if we’re doing an interview), before we hit record.

For groups, it’s especially helpful for getting everyone on the same page, and we’ve gotten great feedback from our guests after we do this together, so we wanted to share a version of it with you!
